JAYME SHIMOOKA

Jayme has been sharing her love for the performing arts with students for over 30 years. She has a Bachelor of the Arts Degree from UW-Eau Claire in Theatre Arts, Dance, and Music where she focused on theatre arts management and performing arts technique. She also has a Bachelor of Science Degree from UW-Madison in Dance Theory. She has gotten additional certifications in American Ballet Theatre, Acrobatic Arts, and Giordano Technique while also becoming a member of Dance Masters of Wisconsin, Wisconsin Dance Council, and National Dance Education Organization. Jayme founded Studio Dansu in 2015 to bring a performing arts studio to the Madison area where she grew up.
